Attachment Cloaker
Transform spam-flagged HTML and PDF attachments into inbox-ready files with link cloaking, text obfuscation, and tracker removal.
Overview
The Attachment Cloaker transforms spam-flagged email attachments into inbox-ready files by analyzing their content, removing tracking elements, cloaking links, and injecting anti-fingerprint content to reduce spam filter detection.

- Available for Standard, Business, and Enterprise plans only (not available on Trial)
- Requires an active paid subscription
Cloaking Levels
Choose a cloaking intensity based on how heavily flagged your attachment is:

All URL cloaking, metadata stripping, tracking removal, CSS class randomization, random attributes, and legitimacy signals. No text obfuscation.
Aggressive (Default)
Everything in Moderate plus advanced text obfuscation to break pattern matching by spam filters.
Maximum
The highest level of cloaking with maximum obfuscation applied to the document.

HTML Cloaking Features
For HTML and HTM files, the cloaker applies multiple transformations to reduce spam scores:
- Link Cloaking — Obfuscates URLs so they work for humans but are unreadable to automated scanners
- Tracking Removal — Strips tracking parameters, tracking pixels, and analytics scripts from the document
- Text Obfuscation — Restructures text content to break spam filter pattern matching (Aggressive & Maximum levels only)
- Metadata Stripping — Removes identifying meta tags and comments
- CSS Randomization — Randomizes class names and IDs while preserving visual appearance
- Spam Word Replacement — Detects and replaces common spam trigger words with safe alternatives
PDF Cloaking Features
For PDF files, the cloaker applies a different set of transformations:
- URL Processing — Finds and re-encodes URLs, strips tracking parameters
- Metadata Cleaning — Replaces document metadata with neutral values and resets dates
- Document Identity — Randomizes document identifiers to prevent tracing
- Embedded Code Removal — Strips embedded scripts and auto-action triggers
- Generator Footprint Removal — Removes identifiable footprints from PDF generators
- Compliance Upgrades — Updates document to modern PDF standards with proper metadata
Spam Word Replacement
Common spam trigger words and phrases are automatically detected across multiple severity tiers and replaced with safe, neutral alternatives. Replacement preserves the original text casing — UPPERCASE, Title Case, and lowercase are all maintained.
